Renato Zelcher Renato Zelcher is the CEO of Crocco SpA. He spent his entire career in the company, holding multiple management positions. Among other assignments he is a Board Member of Corepla (Italian National Consortium for the collection, recycling and recovery of plastic packaging), of Federazione Gomma Plastica and of Confindustria Vicenza. Furthermore, he is a member the EuPC Steering Committee and was elected as EuPC President in 2018.
Michael Kundel Michael Kundel is the CEO of Renolit since 2008. He joined the company in 1993 as Head of Corporate Controlling, before becoming the Managing Director of Renolit Hispania S.A. in 2000. He was appointed as a member of the Board of the Renolit Group in 2003 and joined the Board of the Vinyl 2010 that same year. ln addition, he is a board member of IVK Europe, an association he chaired from 2010-2018. Since May 2013, he has been a member of the of EuPC Steering Committee. From 2014-2018 he was also president of EuPC.
Javier Constante Javier Constante is the EMEA Commercial Vice President for the Packaging and Specialty Plastics Business of The Dow Chemical Company since 2011. He joined Dow in 1989 in Buenos Aires, Argentina, and worked in various leadership positions across Sales and Marketing serving a variety of businesses in Latin America and Europe. He serves as a member of the Board of Directors of Equate / TKOC and EMC Equate Marketing Company. In 2015 he was elected Vice President of PlasticsEurope, and in 2018 as President. In addition, he is a member of the World Plastics Council.
David Baker David Baker has over 40 years’ experience in the metal and plastics Packaging Industry, starting his working life at Metal Box (CMB) and joining RPC Group just prior to the MBO that formed the company in 1991. He has spent his career holding various senior operational as well as group roles and is currently the Commercial Director at RPC Promens. Additionally, he has responsibility for RPC’s sustainability activities and is active in various organisations and associations such as INCPEN (Chair), RECOUP (Board Member), the BPF (Council Member) and EuPC (Vice-President & Packaging Division Chairman). Since 2018, he is chairman of the Polyolefin Circular Economy Platform (PCEP).
Roland Straßburger Roland Straßburger joined the Schütz Group in 2003 as COO and became its Global CEO in 2007. Prior to Schütz, Straßburger held several senior positions in the Steel Service Center Industry. Notably, he was a Member of the Board of Kloeckner & Co. AG, Germany responsible for Sales & Marketing from 1999 to 2002. From 1995 to 1999, he served as president and CEO of Kloeckner Namasco Corp., USA subsequent to other assignments for the company in France and Germany. Straßburger is a seasoned international executive with vast experience around the world and possesses extensive practical knowledge in the B-to-B area. He is a graduate of WHU Business School in Germany, one of Europe’s leading business schools. He currently serves as president of the German Plastics Packaging Association (IK).
Rudolf Wölfer Following his master studies of “Technical Chemistry” at the Technical University of Vienna, Mr. Wölfer worked in the research and product development for biodegradable polymers and PP compounds at PCD Polymere. He joined Borealis working on technical marketing and global business development for automotive, before he became Product Portfolio Manager Polypropylene and Polyolefin Business Optimization management. Later on, he was appointed Head of Innovation PMO, and since the 1stof April 2019, he is Head of Circular Economy Innovation Studio at Borealis
Carlos Monreal Carlos Monreal is the CEO of Plastic Energy, a company that offers a global and sustainable solution to help prevent plastic pollution, by transforming previously unrecyclable plastic waste into a valuable resource. He has been an entrepreneur for more than 30 years. After founding Inlandgeo, a company supplying high tech electronic instruments and turnkey solutions in multiple industries, and leading it for 24 years, Carlos became President of Abasol, a company offering consultancy and EPC solutions on renewable energy and efficiency, for 7 years. Carlos is also founder and CEO of Greenland Capital, a company with the vision to identify and develop disruptive technologies that provide sustainable and economical solutions to the growing challenges of waste management and alternative energy management. In 2019, Carlos was elected as the first president of Chemical Recycling Europe.
